AMD EPYC 7543 'Milan' 32 Core CPU Benchmarked, Huge Single-Thread Performance Jump

The latest AMD EPYC 7543 'Milan' Server CPU benchmarks have leaked out and showcase a huge unmarried-cadre performance jump.
